I have a fully equipped studio (“The Shed Room”) in my hometown Hamburg / Germany where my kit is always miked up and ready to go. Here are a few example grooves that I recorded in my studio to give you an idea of how my drums could sound on your songs. If you’re interested just send me a message using the contact form at the bottom of this page and we take it from there.
I called this track “dry hambone” because all the toms are really dry and the percussion you hear is me playing a groove on my legs 🙂

On this track the toms are wide open, no muffling at all…
Plus I added a little bit of percussion.

I called this track “dry & high”: The toms are very muffled and the snare is tuned fairly high and played without rim shots.

This is a ghost note groove with many ghost notes 🙂
The toms are muffled but not all the way.
